3/30 Art with Cast Shadows

Sometimes when I am not able to actually create art, I enjoy finding it around me. I take pictures with my phone and hopefully, I can use it one day for a reference.

One of my favorite things to do is to find CAST SHADOWS.  A CAST SHADOW a shadow that is not actually on the object you are looking at but casting out from the object along the floor or the tabletop. Casting because there is a light source coming from the opposite side, from one direction or sometimes a few directions.

I will use some photos to show you and maybe you can come up with your own CAST SHADOW collection. Either with a  photograph or drawing, coloring, painting or chalk. Whatever medium you choose, it does not matter, as long as you notice it around you, you are using an element of art and seeing things around you with an artist's eye.
