Welcome to Mrs. Olesh's Teacher Webpage

                                           Mrs. Olesh's Web Page

Welcome to my Teacher Page! I am delighted to have the opportunity to work with your child this year!  As this year progresses, think and talk to your child about the kind of learner he/she wants to be. It is my goal to see students who are motivated and who want to try their best to achieve. High expectations are set for all !

Third grade is a year of transition and wonderful accomplishments. The students continue to take on the responsibility of  keeping organized and learning a new and exciting curriculum. You will notice a growth in this area as they meet this challenge. Needless to say, the work in third grade will be more difficult. It is important that a routine for completing assignments and reviewing work taught in class is established at home.

I am proud to say that I  have been teaching wonderful students that have attended Marlboro Elementary School for many years!  This year I am delighted to once again co-teach alongside my esteemed colleague, Ms. Courtney Strehle.  My educational background includes a B.A. degree in Elementary Education, and an M.S. degree in Special Education. Throughout my career, I have always worked with children in many different capacities and environments. In addition, my own children have attended the Marlboro Public Schools and are proud, successful graduates of our School District!

We will be learning so many new and fascinating things as we travel through third grade together.  My web page is an easy way to stay connected to the assignments and learn about what is happening in our classroom each day. I hope that you will feel free to take advantage of this tool and check it often.

Helping your child, making a difference in their lives, and inspiring them to reach their full potential is my goal. Another goal of mine is to keep an open line of parent-teacher communication.  If you ever have any concerns or questions, you can always contact me via e-mail, a phone message, or by writing a note in your child's tracker. I look forward to hearing from you and I will respond as soon as I can.

I truly look forward to working with you and your child, knowing that together, we can fulfill our goal of making this year a successful and spectacular one!
