     I have been teaching Kindergarten for 20 years, this being my 19th year here in Marlboro. I believe children benefit most when parents and teachers can work together as partners in their child's education. Establishing consistent contact with all of you will be of utmost importance. Kindergarten is such a special year and I am excited to share this milestone with you.  

     I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Kean University in 2000 with a degree in Elementary Education.  After spending many years working in "corporate America", I feel very fortunate to have found my true passion, which is educating young children.   I am proud to announce that I was honored the 2013 Teacher of the Year at the Abbott Early Learning Center by the Monmouth County Superintendents' Teacher Recognition Program. In the Spring of 2015, I was 1 of 24 teachers in Monmouth and Ocean Counties to be honored as a Teacher Who Rocks ! 

     In my free time I enjoy renovating my home that I purchased in 2009 and spending lots of time with my sweet puggle dog Chloe.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have.  The most expedient and convenient way to reach me is via e-mail; however, you may always send written correspondence.  I am looking forward to a fantastic year with you and your children!
